For our existing team members, we’re here every step of the way—from handling legal documents to providing advice and support for both personal and professional matters. We also oversee compensation, benefits, and professional development. When needed, we mediate conflicts with neutrality and understanding, always striving to keep our team happy and thriving.

We keep the office running smoothly, making sure everyone has what they need to do their best. Whether it’s coordinating with suppliers, managing building maintenance, arranging cleaning services, or organizing catering for events, we handle it all with care.

Our finance team knows the ins and outs of crunching numbers, allowing us to adopt digital solutions and optimize our processes.

4 Things You Need to Know About Our Operations Team:
We’re not exactly a traditional team – while we collaborate on many things, each of our three groups (HR, Back Office, and Finance) operates independently. What brings us together is our shared commitment to taking care of our RVLT people.
We both work part-time – Tereza works mostly from home for now because of her little daughter (who might just pop into a video call when you least expect it 😀).
Kiki and Richard are an inseparable pair 🌟👥 – they’ve now worked together at three different companies.
We follow one of our boss’s mantras: “What was a goal today will be the minimum tomorrow.” (Take that with a grain of salt! 😅)
