Direct Marketing Team
Our role includes managing email communication, databases, and email campaigns for our clients, as well as evaluating their results. We also handle custom tools designed specifically for them.
Each year, we create and send over 700 newsletters in multiple languages.
1 Optimizing Client Email Communications
We manage the entire newsletter creation process for our clients – gathering necessary materials from designers and copywriters, then assembling, coding, and testing the newsletters.
2 Building and Expanding Contact Databases
We build, expand, and manage contact databases for our clients. This includes regularly updating contacts for individual newsletters, uploading new contacts, and archiving outdated ones.
3 Managing Custom Tools
For our clients' custom tools, we handle data updates, address customer inquiries, and liaise with dealers and external agencies as needed.

Before joining RVLT Digital, Alča spent 8 years in a corporate environment, where she led a small team and managed e-shop content, gaining additional experience in non-profits. She started with us as a web admin, and has since dabbled in office management, invoicing, and internal tool administration, now leading our newsletter team.
Alča is known for her unwavering commitment to helping others. Once she commits to a task, she gives it her all—striving for perfection at 110%. She has a penchant for dark humor and spends her free time reading avidly, gardening, hiking, or simply relaxing.
