We need this personal data to respond to your message, inquiry, or request, and to evaluate potential opportunities for collaboration. Without this data, we would be unable to respond to your message, conduct the recruitment process, or initiate cooperation. Your phone number is used to call you regarding your message or recruitment process if both parties are interested.
You can rest assured that your data is secure with us. Providing your first and last name helps us have a general understanding of who we are responding to or potentially collaborating with. It also facilitates communication with you and enhances your experience when interacting with us.
We need your email address so that we can contact you if you prefer not to be reached by phone or if email communication is more suitable for the situation.
We need the message (or e-mail) and any attached files (e.g., CV) to understand the reason for your contacting us. This enables us to address your request, handle your inquiry, or conduct a recruitment process to select suitable candidates.
- 3.2. If you contact us at the addresses listed in section 1.2 or through our social media channels, we will process the content of your message, including any attachments, as well as the same data outlined in section 3.1.

- 3.4. If we are in the process of establishing an employment relationship, we process the personal data from your resume, particularly your identification details and information about your work experience and skills. We process this data based on contract negotiations. If you give us consent as outlined in section 3.3, we may retain this information for a longer period, even if we ultimately do not proceed with the collaboration. Typically, such data is kept for a maximum of 4 years. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and we will delete the data. This paragraph applies only to candidates for employment positions.
